The amount of the costs for the examination, treatment and care of animals at the animal hospital is regulated in the fee schedule.

All fees accruing in accordance with this fee schedule are to be paid in cash, by means of a debit card or credit card when the animal is picked up or delivered.
In the case of higher costs (long-term or cost-intensive treatment), a deposit for treatment and food costs in the amount of 30 percent of the expected costs will be invoiced.

Please note that the fee for veterinary services is increased by 30 percent during emergency service times.
