Clinical Research Lab

A new laboratory complex is being developed over 1,500 square meters in buildings NA (ground floor, approx. 1,200 m²) and NB (approx. 400 m²) of the old small animal clinic. The concept for the "Clinical Research Laboratory" (CRL) is the result of internal needs assessment and strategic considerations aimed at optimizing the use of available space.

The CRL will be a pioneering initiative aimed at significantly expanding the university's research capacities. As a shared facility, the CRL will integrate basic research with applied clinical veterinary medicine, providing a state-of-the-art interdisciplinary research environment. Integrated within the VetCore Facility, with access to cutting-edge equipment infrastructure in fields such as genomics, transcriptomics, mass spectrometry, imaging, and biobanking, the CRL will offer premier facilities and resources for experimental studies, clinical trials, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Additionally, a teaching lab will be established, and space will be provided to expand the offerings of the VetSim Skills Lab. Please feel free to contact us for further information.
