Introduction to the Programme

The One Health PhD Programme includes 15 PhD projects based around the One Health concept, focusing on topics that affect humans, animals and the environment alike. This transdisciplinary approach includes topics such as epidemiology, microbiology, food safety, comparative medicine, ecology and conservation medicine.

The individual projects have been evaluated by the WWTF and are supervised by PIs from different specialities and started in fall/winter of 2023/2024 with an expected duration of three and a half years.
