Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations received up to and including 30 June 2023 (CET), a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged
• For cancellation received up to and including 30 July 2023 (CET), a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged
• No refunds will be available for cancellations made after 30 July 2023 (CET) or for no-shows

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).
